Some banks categorise transactions through our platform as 'Recurring Direct Debit' and this is the description that might appear on your bank/credit card statement.
It does not necessarily mean a scheduled payment has been setup with GoFundraise as you would have received a series of emails from GoFundraise to confirm a Regular Giving donation has been setup in this case. (See our 'Regular Giving' articles and FAQs for more information).
If you are concerned, please send your details through (email address of payment, amount, date) and we can confirm if a regular giving has been created under your email address.
