How do I change the bank account details on my GoFundraise account?

In order to update the bank account details associated with your GoFundraise account you need to complete the attached Word document. It's important to make sure of the following;

  1. You are primary contact on the charity account, or authorised to request account changes
  2. Include 2 signatories on the form to authorise the change
  3. Include a copy of the bank statement (you can blank out financial information) to verify the account.
    Bank statement must include 4 elements: Bank Account Name, BSB number, Bank Account number and the Name of the Bank

Once you have completed the below document email it to support@gofundraise.com.au along with the copy of the bank statement.


Please note we need to be advised of any change of bank account details at least 4 weeks in advance of any charity payment. This is to allow time for our verification process of the new details, as well as internal process from department to department and our fortnightly charity payment process.

If notification is received less than 4 weeks in advance of any charity payment, we are unable to guarantee that the change of details will be completed in time for the next charity payment deposit.
