How to donate using Workplace Giving

If your company is registered with Good2Give you can now make the most of Fundraising at Work by donating via Workplace Giving

  1. Visit the Fundraising page to which you would like to donate (search for a fundraiser using Find a Friend or Team)
  2. Click the 'Give via Workplace Giving' button

  3. Select your Workplace from the list

  4. If you already have a Good2Give account setup, simply Sign In (otherwise click Sign Up to create a Good2Give account)

  5. The Good2Give platform will open in a pop-up for you to Sign In.
  6. Complete your donation through Good2Give,
    - Select a dollar amount or click 'Other' to Enter a donation amount
    - Choose whether to make your donation Anonymous (the check box labelled 'Please don't pass my contact details to this fundraiser'
    - If you would like to enter a Message to appear against your donation on the Fundraising page, click 'Additional Information...' and enter your message (NOTE: This message will appear publicly on the Fundraising Page)
  7. Review the details of your donation and click 'Save my giving'
  8. You'll now see your donation in your Good2Give account


    Close the Good2Give pop-up to return to the GoFundraise Fundraising Page to view your donation message
  9. Your donation will now be processed through payroll.
If your company has a dollar matching program and your donation is eligible for matching, the matched amount will appear on the fundraising page after the matching is approved through your payroll
