All beneficiaries on GoFundraise are automatically available for fundraisers to support through any open charity event on our platform e.g. Bridge to Brisbane, Stadium Stomp, Bowral Classic etc.
If your beneficiary has access to the Real Time Reporting module, you can obtain the Fundraiser and Donor for those supporting your organisation through these events.

How to generate a Fundraiser Report for Bridge to Brisbane
- Login to GoFundraise using your Admin User account
- Go to Admin > Real Time Reporting
- Under the heading 'My Report Templates' click 'Create Report Template'
- On the Create Report Template screen, setup you report template with the following parameters:
Report Type = Fundraiser
Report Name = "# Bridge to Brisbane Fundraiser Report" (choose any name for report that will be easy to identify in the future)
Beneficiary = Select the beneficiary you would like data on
Include Sub-Beneficiaries = Yes*
EventCampaign = All*
Include Sub-Events = Yes*
*these are already set like this as default - Click 'Add Filter' to specify the Event Identifier for the campaign
Under 'Column' select 'Event Identifier'
Under Filter Type select 'Is equal to'
Under Value enter '14368'
'14368' is the Unique Event Identifier for Bridge to Brisbane 2023. If you don't know the Event Identifier for the event, broaden your filters by using 'Event Name' and 'Contains, and/or 'Page Create Date' range. - Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Save and Schedule'
to save the template settings as well as run the report - You will be redirected to the Main Real Time Reporting screen
- Scroll to table under the heading Scheduled Reports and refresh or revisit once the email confirmation comes through, until the Download Report action appears next to 'View' and 'Delete'
How to generate a Transaction Items/Donations report for Bridge to Brisbane
The steps to generate a Transaction Items/Donations report for Bridge to Brisbane are the same as generating a fundraiser report, however at step 4, instead of selecting Report Type = Fundraiser, select Report Type = Transaction Items/Donations.
- Follow steps 1-3 above from 'How to generate a Fundraiser report...'
- On the Create Report Template screen, setup you report template with the following parameters:
Report Type = Transaction Items/Donations
Report Name = "# Bridge to Brisbane Transaction Report" (choose any name for report that will be easy to identify in the future)
Beneficiary = Select the beneficiary you would like data on
Include Sub-Beneficiaries = Yes*
EventCampaign = All*
Include Sub-Events = Yes*

How to run a report from a saved Template
Once you have setup your report template, the next time you need generate this data you can make use of the saved report template instead of starting from scratch.
To run a report from a saved template,
- Go to Admin > Real Time Reporting
- In the section My Report Templates, find the name of the saved report template, then click Schedule
- This will load the pre-saved report settings. Just scroll down and click Schedule to generate the report
