20001	User Token is not authorized for this request.
20002	User Token is expired.

21XXX	Required validation errors
21001	UserAccountId or EmailAddress must be specified.
21002	FirstName, LastName and DateOfBirth must be specified.
21006	A FundraisingPage must be supplied via the request body.

22XXX	Data type validation errors
22002	Specified EmaillAddress is incorrect

23XXX	Data range validation errors

24XXX	Forbidden resource errors
24001	The specified User Account is not active.
24002	The specified Event is not active.
24003	The specified Beneficiary is not active.
24004	You cannot create Fundraising pages for Events based in a different region
24005	You cannot create Fundraising pages for Beneficiaries based in a different region
24006	The specified Event Campaign does not match the Team's Event Campaign.

25XXX	Not found errors
25001	The specified User Account is not found.
25002	The specified Event is not found.
25003	The specified Beneficiary is not found.
25004	The Team Page corresponding to the specified ParentId is not found.

26XXX	You are not authorized
26001	You are not authorized to create Fundraising Pages for the specified Event Campaign. (API access to this Event ID has not yet been allowed. Email support@gofundraise.com with your API name, Event ID and Event Name to request access be enabled)

50XXX	Internal errors
50001	An unknown internal error has occurred.
