If you have previously saved your PayPal details to your GoFundraise account in the course of making a donation, GoFundraise will come up under your Payment Settings > Pre-Approved Payments section of your PayPal account.
This does not necessarily mean that a scheduled payment has been setup with GoFundraise, just that you saved the PayPal details in the past.
Should you feel uncomfortable with the agreement, please login to your PayPal account and cancel out the GoFundraise pre-approved payment (click the following link to see How do I cancel a subscription on PayPal?)

Your donation will remain unchanged by the cancellation of this pre-approved payment from within PayPal.
