What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication adds a layer of security to your account by requiring two forms of identification to grant you access to your account. In addition to your password, you will now be prompted to enter a unique verification code. You can get the verification code through any authentication app like Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile.
Why Two-Factor Authentication?
Cybersecurity threats are continually evolving and it's crucial to stay one step ahead to protect your supporters’ valuable information. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication will keep you and your supporters’ information more secure.
We share a login at my organisation, how will this work for us?
We do not recommend sharing a login between staff. If you currently have multiple staff sharing one login, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of everyone who needs access to your beneficiary account.
