The GoFundraise platform has been build with stability at its core. With thousands of charities and hundreds of events on the platform we have the ability to increase our bandwidth based on demand. Load spikes are a common occurrence and our internal resources are automatically alerted to these increases. Our support team are available to take calls through our 1300 number between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. In addition, support tickets can be submitted via our support desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our constant monitoring was demonstrated during an event that was featured on the Footy Show recently. The GoFundraise technical staff were alerted to the additional load, no downtime was encountered and the event received over $100,000 of donations in less than 60 minutes.
