○ Common reasons :
- Receipt emails can take up to an hour to process
- Your email thought it was spam and put it in your junk mail
- Your Payment was not completed
○ If you have a GoFundraise account, you are able to resend them to yourself.
- Log in to your GoFundraise account.
- Go into ‘My Profile’ (found at the top right hand corner of your page)
- Under the ‘My Donations and Purchases’ tab, select the receipt you wish to resend to yourself.
- Click ‘Send Receipt’.
- If you still didn’t get an email receipt, please email us at support@gofundraise.com.au, and we’re more than happy to track it down and send it to you.
